Caring for a child in distress, advocating for them, seeking help from school or with in the community, responding to unhelpful advice can all take it's toll. Treat yourself to an hour of learning more about the nervous system and caring for your own nervous system and join us along with Peta De Burgh, founder of Breath Counselling, and Kellie De Burgh, Yoga Instructor and co-founder of Yacht Club Yoga. This workshop is perfect for anyone curious about their nervous system, emotional wellbeing and the role of movement and breath.
